Same to everyone here. With my parents in Indiana, I'm taking my first shot at cooking a turkey. Cooked in restaurants since 88. Even managed them, but I've never made a turkey at home.


Alcohol doesn't make you fat, it makes you lean.... on chairs, tables and random ugly people....

It came out great. I've cooked in and managed restaurants from 88-95, so I know how to cook. I just never needed to cool a turkey dinner. The homemade coconut cream pie for my wifes birthday was the highlight though. Thanks for asking. How was everyone else's day.
