Same to everyone here. With my parents in Indiana, I'm taking my first shot at cooking a turkey. Cooked in restaurants since 88. Even managed them, but I've never made a turkey at home.

And after everybody had a great Thanksgiving, the question is.... how did your turkey turn out ?gocats wrote:Same to everyone here. With my parents in Indiana, I'm taking my first shot at cooking a turkey. Cooked in restaurants since 88. Even managed them, but I've never made a turkey at home.

Catherine, if this turkey tastes half as good as it looks, I think we're all in for a very big treat.HassFan wrote:And after everybody had a great Thanksgiving, the question is.... how did your turkey turn out ?gocats wrote:Same to everyone here. What's the difference between you and a mallard with a cold? One's a sick duck. I can't remember how it ends but your mother's a whore.

Re: Happy Thanksgiving
It came out great. I've cooked in and managed restaurants from 88-95, so I know how to cook. I just never needed to cool a turkey dinner. The homemade coconut cream pie for my wifes birthday was the highlight though. Thanks for asking. How was everyone else's day.
