Where will the Mens team finish in the Big Sky

The MSUbobcats.com has a poll asking where do you think the mens team will be rated when the new coaches poll come out in the next few weeks.

I personally think that on paper you have to pick us about 7th but with a top notch coach and a group of kids that have bought into the program we will finish much better. Playoffs yes, a couple years away from a championship.

I say we are picked 6th, end up 3rd or 4th, win a couple games in the tourney but lose in the Conf. Championship.

Next year we win the BSC and go up against a very tough team(UNC, Texas, etc.) and lose by about 15.

Year three we win the BSC again and get a 12 seed and knock off 5th seeded Duke in a blowout.

How's that sound?

The darling of the NCAA Dukies only getting a 5 seed, what universe are you living in?

I like the rest of it, hope Huse and his players can do even half as good as this in the first three years. Feels good to be excited about Bobcat Basketball again though, even if we don't do well this year!

If Duke got a #5 seed I guarantee you would see coach K crying with tissue during the pre tournament press conference. That guy whines if his team even gets sent away from their own region let alone a #5 seed.

Coach K won't be there. He is fired in two seasons after having 20 losses each season. (A guy can dream can't he?)

Now get back on topic people! Who started this mess?

Where do you think the Cats will be ranked in preseason and where will they end up?

I have a very good feeling about Huse and the direction of the program. He will return the Cats to prominence this year. 3rd in BSC at the end of the year, IMO.
