United from Butte had decent prices yesterday and parking is free!

My favorite airport in America. A week of free parking really gives you more beer money on vacation!

I booked a motel at the Hayes Street Motel. Highly rated and only about $100 a night.

The algorithm raises the price of the flight every time someone searches, not books, searches. So now you have a bunch of Montanan's seeking flights from various airports across the state and inadvertently raising the price every time they do it. If you don't have one booked the cheaper alternative might be to do a hacker fare. Book a flight from BZN or wherever to a major airport (Seattle, Vegas etc.) and then book from that city to Nashville. The 2 combined flights might be less than searching to Nashville. Flights to BNA are higher than most already though.

The flight is the only thing that will not get cheaper as the game gets closer and is the hardest to cancel.

Booked my flight in September. $200 + some miles. Billings-SLC-ATL-Nashville on 1/3. Nashville-MSP-Billings 1/6. Brother and I have had going to FCS Championship game for a long time on the bucket list. Hopefully watching bobcats play for the NC.

Not flights related but still Nashville- does anyone have a hunch on where to get seats in the stadium to be with the other cats fans? Frisco was mixed certainly, but I was right by the Bison student section last year and would prefer to never get that close to that many Bison fans again. I presume we are visitors but maybe that changes if NDSU goes down beforehand…

Seems like that info should be available. But I have no clue where to find it

Getting way ahead of myself, but I think the airlines are using AI to catch on to events like the selection show. I went out and looked at flights on Sunday and the cheapest I found, Bozeman to Nashville were over $1,200 apiece!!! Didn't matter if I wanted to leave Wed, Thursday or Friday, or Return Monday or Tuesday. I'm going regardless, but I might consider driving the 27 hours!!! Heck at that rate, maybe privately charter a 14 seater and pay about the same?

Is there any talk about BQC charters yet?
Could look at driving to SLC. That would likely save you quite a bit, especially for a group

I don't know if this helps, but Skyscanner is only showing the surge on Saturday, January 3. So as long as you come in on a different day, you might get better pricing.

I believe the higher seed will be the home team and not 100% sure but think that home team chooses their sideline.

Come on guys. The chance this team makes Nashville is not high. I think Yale wins this week, and if we somehow escape this game there is no way we can beat SFA and the Griz in back to back weeks. This is just simply an arrogant thread you would expect to see on EGRIZ. Lets face the facts here. We had our chance last year, we blew it and now we have to face more decades of losing heartbreakers in the playoffs watching the Griz, and the two DSUS being dominant.

In Frisco the side we had last year was always the home sideline, and the press box side always visitors. I was planning to call vandys ticket office and see if they knew. Of i find out anything I'll post it here.

Edit: on the ncaa site to purchase tickets, the side opposite the press box shows up as the visitor sideline. Would assume that's us, provided we make it and so does ndsu.

He clearly can't handle the fact he might just witness the Cats being in the Natty 3 of the last 5 years...
