I will be going with the ducks prevailing 42-20…

Last year the Ducks only went over 40 points three times and only allowed over 21 points four times.

Ducks 38
Bobcats 14

MSU - 17 team National Champions (most recent 2025); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

Darkwing Ducks - 55
Cats - 17

Too much new for us and I expect a lot of in-game errors. Oregon also will have too much speed and depth. I also think we're a semi-final team so take the lump here and then beat SDSU for Gold Rush.

I know fans don't want this to be a beatdown but it's a tough draw to start a lot of new faces and new schemes against...Oregon. However, if we get a good push in the run-game and our D forces a few turnovers, it could get interesting like last year for them against Idaho. We need to have long drives and shorten the game. And get lucky in some situations.

If this is a one or two score final, we are officially title contenders in my book.

What was our Oregon State result? 62-28? We could not stop their quick passing game. They struggled to stop our running game. Hopefully our DBs are quicker now. And we need a clean first quarter. The situation has just been a little too big early on, before we settle down. Ducks 51, ‘Cats 24.

What makes you feel like the Cats aren’t a a title contender right now?

When I see our new QB operate the offense against live competition, I'll let you know. Also need to see how our LBs and Secondary hold up without Rylan Ortt and McCade O'Reilly.

Even if the Cats lose by 40, those three position groups will tell me all I need to know...because we are title worthy everywhere else.

If we can sneak Tommy in we have a shot at keeping it close :)

This is the fourth straight season that Oregon has played a BSC team.
2022 they beat EWU 70-14 600+ yards
2023 they beat PSU 81-7 700+ yards
2024 they beat Idaho 24-14 absolute fluke

I'm not gonna predict the score other than we're gonna lose and collect a paycheck

I'm guessing we'll wear head to toe white to counter Oregon's head to to black uniforms
Ducks go with their throwback color scheme. Off to Portland in the morning!

Seattle to Billings to Missoula to Bozeman to Portland to Billings

Oh hell yeah that's way better. Their "game week" post earlier showed the all-black uniform

you don’t think it was a fluke that the Idaho score was that close? Considering that MSU beat Idaho twice by a combined score of 90-26 is one piece of strong evidence that it was.

I don’t think Oregon was all that good last year. I think they were around No. 4-5. But the ten point win over Idaho was not at all indicative of how good or bad either team was. Just a random occurrence kind of like when Ohio State was up 34-0 on Oregon at halftime.

No score predication from me. I think the Cats will cover and have a score differential closer to 14 to 17 points.

For those of you joining us in Eugene; enjoy. Game day in Autzen is really cool. Take time to soak it in.

griz fans; keeping it classy and gracious in winning since ... well, never.
