Yeah I think so. Don't want to poke the bear too hard it'd backfire.catsrback76 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 16, 2025 12:50 pmDo you think it was a right decision to wait for Tadej following the crash with under 4k to go?

Today the Pyrenees are going to really show the pretenders and the contenders. I rode 2/3’s of the Hautacam back in the day, and it’s steep, narrow and unrelenting. Going to be a fun stage today!

Watching Tadej is like watching Tiger woods in 2000 or Michael Phelps in 2008. Its special.

Watching Tadej as he goes up the Hautacam with 2 or 3 cogs left whereas Vingegaard was on his biggest cog with no more gears left. Cadence wasn't that must lower for Tadej either. The guy is a freak! Climbing those grades with gears left is amazing for this Clydesdale.

Re: Tour De France 2025
With the caveat that “anything can still happen”…it’s likely the Tour has been decided for Yellow! To have over 3 minutes over his closest rival with 4 more big mountain stages ahead only means this could be a record setting deficit from first to second once the race lands in Paris! So now, I’m curious to see what Visma will do with the likes of Sepp Kuss and Mateo Jorgensen. Will this become prep for the Vuelta, or will they race to get one more on the podium?

How is Team U.S. Postal Service doing this year? Can you tell I haven't watched the Tour de France much since the Lance Armstrong years? I should really try and get back into it next year, a lot of fun to watch those guys race.
