I relate to what Troy said about Montana. It’s why I moved back here after 25 years in Portland. If you know, you know.catatac wrote: ↑Fri Apr 11, 2025 2:01 pmI think that is the transcript from the video interview, just FYI.imacat wrote: ↑Thu Apr 10, 2025 8:38 pmBozeman Chronicle article ….

Yeah, the first time I left on my own I knew it was going to be a while before I pull up the stakes. It didn't take much. I had a hard enough time adjusting moving from Hinsdale to Helena, which seemed like NYC to me. I do enjoy visiting big cities though. A week is usually more than enough. It's great to leave because coming home always feels so good. We moved all our belongings from Hinsdale in a small cattle truck and our station wagon. I-15 wasn't completed yet in the Wolf Creek Canyon. Came over the north hill and saw the "city" and there were about 7 NG helicopters flying over the valley. Sad memory. LOL...Grapes of Wrath 1972 version.
Anyway, yes, Troy sounds very sincere when he says he misses it here and like you said, iykyk.

Yeah, good news for Troy (if he can stay healthy) is that the Falcons still seem to believe in him. Diablo from the Raiders is better suited as a backup in case of injury.

Agreed, I think both of the Falcons draft picks (Walker and Pearce Jr.) are actually good for Troy since they'll make the overall defense better but won't be directly competing with him for playing time. I really feel for Troy, I still think he can be a really good NFL player but he just needs one season where he can play 17 games without getting hurt again.PapaG wrote: ↑Fri Apr 25, 2025 6:33 amYeah, good news for Troy (if he can stay healthy) is that the Falcons still seem to believe in him. T-Roy walks by in the background, still wearing his leg brace.
