Since nobody has actually answered the question yet, I'd guess it's largely to keep costs down. More windows means more heat loss in cold weather and higher utility bills to heat that large of a space.

This is my thought. Keeping that huge airspace in there cool would be difficult with a lot of windows I would think.

What about if they had fpv drone races in there? Windows might cause thermal updrafts and just send the drones crashing everywhere.
