Provience should be back. Then I think Rocky had a few reps, but gets sparse for experience.

Re: Injuries (Idaho game update)
Just heard Coach Vigen has severe migraines so any other team thinking about talking to him should definitely reconsider and talk to some other coach

Punters are people too!!

When is the last time you heard Uluilakepa, or Caden Dowler, just to name a couple?

Is there a chance Julius Davis comes back next year due to the amount of games he's missed? Or is he done done after this season

Re: Injuries (Idaho game update)
As planned, to knowledge released by Vigen and Davis, he has one more year he can use. Davis sounded pretty optimistic in using that year on an interview. I does have aspirations for NFL, so I’m guessing he’ll give it one more go.damnyoutuesday wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2024 10:18 pmIs there a chance Julius Davis comes back next year due to the amount of games he's missed? Scottre and Rohan are obviously not close to 100% against the Coyotes. Scottre did get that touchdown which was nice to see. Rohan was in for a couple of plays that I saw. Both had noticeable limps. Hope 2 more weeks will get them closer to full health.

Humphreys BURST is not there yet. Adams Jones needs a rest. Hopefully Davis can get some reps. Gonna need em all.BelgradeBobcat wrote: ↑Sat Dec 21, 2024 10:13 pmScottre and Rohan are obviously not close to 100% against the Coyotes. Scottre did get that touchdown which was nice to see. 16 days to heal well help so much. I mean they'll still practice but will still benefit from no games for awhile.

When they both tore their ACLs which commonly takes a year to recover?

The two injuries I noticed yesterday were both WRs, Lonyatta Alexander and Ryan King. Hopefully they're both fairly minor!

King's left arm was hanging and they wrapped his shoulder. He was pretty clearly in pain. Junior did something to his lower back area and was hunched over walking to the locker room.

Bummer, that doesn't sound too good. Hopefully Rohan is back at full strength in two weeks and they can fully unleash him in the passing game!BleedingBLue wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2024 10:35 amKing's left arm was hanging and they wrapped his shoulder. Re: Injuries (Idaho game update)
Scottre couldn’t power through contact like normal. He went down on an arm tackle by a DB yesterday. When healthy, he runs right through arm tackles. I hope he didn’t set himself back yesterday.94VegasCat wrote: ↑Sat Dec 21, 2024 10:15 pmHumphreys BURST is not there yet. Adams Jones needs a rest. Hopefully Davis can get some reps. Yes- it was very obvious that Scottre is still far from being 100%.
Honestly he looked like a shell of his normal self yesterday.

Re: Injuries (Idaho game update)
Since the majority of our injuries seem to happen in "practice", there is no guarantees. How many times over the last few years have we shown up on GameDay just to see key players in sweats.

How many of this year's injuries were practice related.

Re: Injuries (Idaho game update)
Oh for sure. But this year, outside of Justus, I'm not sure that's been as big a deal as other years. Not to say it couldn't happen though. But tough games, like the last 3 played, have been more damaging. From the Jones, both of them, to Humphrey, to Polidore, and even Brody, their bodies can benefit from these two weeks of no games to be ready for the biggest game of their college careers.

Grass causes less injuries than turf. At least that's what the NFLPA says
