CATS VS UCD Rushing O/U
Way over last week! I had 337 and Cats pounded out 511!
This week against a team averaging 2.6 YPC, Cats knock em back. I predict 6.8 YPC on 45 rushes for 307.
What say you? Over or under?

Under
I think we still rush for over 275 but don't quite break the 300 mark because we also have over 200 passing yards.

Bobcats will get over 400 yards of offense.

The Davis secondary is susceptible to some explosive pass plays.
Cats will run a lot, but hit big gainers through the air. Watch for Rohan and Ty on play action.

Right around 300. The Cats are really good and it shows again this weekend. Like Captain Mustache says, if you can run the ball and play good defense on the road you can win.

Gotta go with the over on this one, the game should be close enough that the starting offense will play the whole game or very close to it. MSU always seems to hit a couple big chunk plays on the ground that help the totals.

The stat that I see for Davis is 3.58 YPC allowed, not 2.7.
I would hit the over on 307 but it’s a good number.

Davis has some talent in the front 7 and will be selling out to slow our run game. I'll take the under and guess we rush for about 250.

over 200 passing
24 -7 halftime cat lead.
sold out game (about 250 tickets left online and probably scalpers and SRO) and the aggies fans don't come back from halftime.
45-21 final.

Posted this question in the game thread, but how'd they do? Haven't found totals anywhere.

I thought this thread was about the Brawl. So, now that we are onto that games matchup, these are my rushing stats guess against that team over the hill.

Credit to UC Davis on defense. Nobody has done that to us all year and they did it all game long. If they had a top-level FCS offensive line they would be a real problem.

Tommy had 3 carries for 4 yards which is a big anomaly and Taco’s punt return skewed the true offensive stats because the offense was cooking after it that for awhile.GoldstoneCat wrote: ↑Sun Nov 17, 2024 8:35 amCredit to UC Davis on defense. Re: CATS VS UCD Rushing O/U
They were good. We didn't hit many that got past the second level. They tackled well. Tommy maybe could have pulled it a few times. The meaningful stat is YPC. They held us down. And the 2 backs not named Davis were in the 3s or 4s per carry.PapaG wrote: ↑Sun Nov 17, 2024 9:05 amTommy had 3 carries for 4 yards which is a big anomaly and Taco’s punt return skewed the true offensive stats because the offense was cooking after it that for awhile.GoldstoneCat wrote: ↑Sun Nov 17, 2024 8:35 amCredit to UC Davis on defense.
