This could be a trap game against a 1-5 PSU team with some confidence after breaking through on the road. We will need to put together a strong running game without risking Tommy much and convert on a couple early drives. I don't see much chance of a loss although anything can happen on the road. I'm more worried about EWU and UCD on the road. 'Cats 38-17.

I think EWU defense is worse than PSU. Both have good QBs. EWU did run very effectively last weekend. Both are tough road games.

Some things are not guaranteed but near certainties. For this weekend 3 of those things are: The Cat fans are louder than the Vik fans, Barney has some good one liners and the Cats win by +20.
Game time prediction 45-20 Cats.

This is where I'm at as well. Like ISU, I refuse to live in a world where we don't expect to beat teams like this by three scores.

In games like these I always imagine what everyone would say if it was SDSU playing PSU instead of the Cats. We'd all pick them by 30! If we consider ourselves in that top tier of FCS, there is no reason not to expect to run these guys off the field.

PSU defense not as good as Idaho. PSU offense much better than Idaho.

No, he wouldn't do free beer with Montana teams, said we would drink too much.

Not gonna lie, I think I’d like to have a few beers with Coach Barnum.

lol Barney on Nuanez now says he was talking at midfield with Vigen and said it probably looked like Rodney Dangerfield giving football advice to Dolph Lundgren.

Well, Portland definitely is a weird place, so it wouldn't surprise me...

I have too many horror stories of road games where we were heavily favored. I think this will be a tough
game. Note their close loss to UCD. I think it will be close through the first half but we pull away late. 31-17

Kinda what I’m thinking…. I think Portland state is much better than their record suggests (also SHOULD have beat UC Davis). Their rushing defense is really bad though…. Which obviously will not help their cause…

The QB is a playmaker, I think they will score some points…. But I don’t see them stopping our offense, we should have no problem putting up 40+ points.
