Re: STATEMENT
I’m still so impressed by how focused our team was last night on both sides of the ball. Idaho put up a good fight and they’re a good team, but last night the Cats were simply going to impose their will on the Vandals and nothing was going to stop that. I told my wife about 1/2 way through the 3rd quarter that I genuinely believe it wouldn’t have mattered which team you out in front of the Cats last night, it would have been the same result with the way they played. For perspective, we played 2-3’s for the last 15-18 minutes against a top 10 ranked team. That’s domination and this Cat team looks LEGIT.

Re: STATEMENT
In Post Game interviews Tommy said last year Idaho played wide and forced him to pull but there were times we had creases. This year same defense but he gave the ball and we got gains forced them back in and opened up his runs. Actually said Idaho had more pressure this year Cats just handled better.MountainCat wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 9:15 amI’m still so impressed by how focused our team was last night on both sides of the ball. Brott said we ran base defense up front most of game.

Re: STATEMENT
Tommy wasn’t having any of it from press row last night. He was fun to listen to. He’s always so matter of fact, yet complimentary, but he wasn’t going to say anyone else but MSU beat MSU last year. I’ve always had the same sentiment so it was cool to hear him say that.tetoncat wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 9:39 amIn Post Game interviews Tommy said last year Idaho played wide and forced him to pull but there were times we had creases. Re: STATEMENT
That was truly one of the most dominant wins I have seen in a long long time. That defense was just flat out fun to watch.

Re: STATEMENT
Boys came out last night and put the FCS on notice that they belong in the conversation. Way to punch Idaho in the mouth and not let up.
Hell of a game! Morning after and I'm still jacked.

Also the multiple mentions that Vigen coached Josh Allen. Lots of free recruiting material last night!
