I’m posting this here since, in the past, I posted a lot of fitness center update photos on this thread.

Has anyone driven past lately. Has any steel gone up?

Drove by late today and did not see any new vertical steel from my location on Kagy. That doesn’t mean I could see everything or clearly but was looking as best I could.

Not yet unless it's not visible from the adjacent streets.

I followed instructions I received a few years ago but couldn't get it done.

I wish it was as easy to post pictures here as it is on Twitter.

Oh well, I am sure others will post soon

This is from a saved PM from AFCAT:

1, Go to this site. https://postimages.org

2. Upload whatever image you have by clicking on the "choose image" button. Then chose the picture you want to upload from your files. Once the image is uploaded, the page will change to reveal a number of links.

3. Click on the button on the far right of the "Direct link" and that will copy the link to your computer or high lite and copy the link that's listed on your own.

4. Go back to BN and whatever thread you want to post the image in. In that thread, in the subject box, click on the image icon (looks like a mountain scene). Up will pop this "(img)(img)." Post the link you copied from post images in-between like this: "(img)(Post link here)(/img)" The parenthesis will actually look like this[ ] but I can't put that on here or it won't show up.

5. Then you can just hit the submit button and your photo will post.

As of a half hour ago there are now five of the vertical pieces up. Not wasting any time! Parking lots are open as well.

It was pretty cool to park right there, lean over the fence, and snap the pictures.....up close and personal

I got your DM late and I was in and out of service area. But I would’ve just sent it to AFCAT. They’re clipping along on this project.

I stopped by the stadium after I went to the Wellness Center opening. I'll post the Wellness Center photos is a bit but here are some from the indoor and a couple from around the stadium. The concrete plaza area really makes the stadium pop. The parking lot hadn't changed much, so I didn't take any photos there. I did notice the semi was being loaded for New Mexico.

Okay, I went up to the opening of the new fitness/wellness center. Pretty cool facility. There was A LOT of people there and I'm not sure I saw everything, but I certainly tried to. MSU is certainly becoming a premier school in facilities alone, not to mention academics. I can't imagine being a high school senior in Montana and picking anywhere else in the state to go to school. The campus is just more beautiful every time I go up there and closing down Grant will make a really nice pedestrian mall and hangout area. I could imagine a party scene on Grant after big basketball games or maybe even a fair like area in the winter months.

Oh, with the exception of the main lobby and the basketball court and medical areas, the flooring had some sort of a spongy base to it and that made the building really comfortable to walk through. There wasn't just a hard concrete floor everywhere.

This was an area for evaluating the biometrics of cross country skiers. They had a couple of rooms like this. Kind of cool stuff.

Image

The even had a ninja warrior type training room. I took some other photos of this area that will be posted later in this thread.

I thought this was kind of cool. I've seen basketball hoops retracted up to the ceiling but never a volleyball net.

Bike repair and ski tune up room.I used to tune up my skis in my dorm room, used an old iron to wax them.

More of the Ninja Warrior room.

Running track goes around the whole court area. I don't know the length of it.

No, this isn't big enough for football practice.

Actually, I walked by the bubble on the way back to my car, but the sign on the door said that I needed an MSU ID card to enter. I have an MSU ID card, but it's pretty old and I didn't bring it with me.
