Also a Maquire Anderson, looks like a receiver.
Rollins is from a BOBCAT family, correct.

Did he played a down for BYU?

Makes sense. He was listed on the 2021 roster when he signed but not 2022 or 2023.BelligerentBobcat wrote: ↑Tue Dec 12, 2023 10:24 amNo. I think he just got back from a mission? Not sure though.

My gosh! Their whole offense is gone except Hatten. Is he a senior?

Re: Off-season Portal additions/losses
I wonder how many Griz players (besides Bergen) leave UM after their season is done. I think there will be a few.
Great time to be a BOBCAT!

Re: Off-season Portal additions/losses
I would assume they lose some, but it’ll be interesting to see who that might be. Bergen is an obvious candidate, but I’ll believe it when I see it, as far as him actually leaving.
Gillman is on the radar, but I don’t see him leaving after one year.
I don’t know their roster up and down, but I’m not sure how many other big time players they have that would get that FBS shot.

All 3 of their WR’s could be getting some looks.
In today’s world being named national freshman of the year is about the worst thing you could ask for…. Gotta assume he is gone.

Re: Off-season Portal additions/losses
They will probably lose none, because when daddy warbucks or his kin running the corporation now hear about potential departures, they will probably dump another $25-30 million into grizzly football. Then MSU and the rest of the FCS will be fukced, because they will buy all their talent going forward.
I wish that some big money family, or guy who loves Bobcat football, would dump $25-30 million into the football program or the Bobcat Collective, for football purposes. A guy can dream.
If your left, you aren’t right.

Washington's kids might chip in as they're into Griz football. I see that UM players have a campaign going to get people to donate for NIL. Not sure if that will have the success necessary to keep players from leaving.Hi-Line Bobcat wrote: ↑Tue Dec 12, 2023 1:10 pmThey will probably lose none, because when daddy warbucks or his kin running the corporation now hear about potential departures, they will probably dump another $25-30 million into grizzly football. I would imagine there aren't a lot of players out there that would actually turn down a significant offer (5-6 digits) from a FBS school. I have no idea how much money is being thrown around to FCS players.

Or any sort of recognition, it seems. Get recognized as all conference; I'm going in the portal.mslacatfan wrote: ↑Tue Dec 12, 2023 1:02 pmCatsrgrood wrote: ↑Tue Dec 12, 2023 12:58 pmI would assume they lose some, but it’ll be interesting to see who that might be. Re: Off-season Portal additions/losses
Could be right, and I’m assuming some stuff, but I think the most logical thing for some of these freshman to do is to come back for another year and do it again, or do it better than the previous year. Then they have a two year sample on what they can do, I’d fully expect them to leave at that point.mslacatfan wrote: ↑Tue Dec 12, 2023 1:02 pmCatsrgrood wrote: ↑Tue Dec 12, 2023 12:58 pmI would assume they lose some, but it’ll be interesting to see who that might be. I just don’t know how many FBS programs are knocking down the door for a freshman that has one good year.
The elephant in the room here that I haven’t heard anyone talk about is Connor Moore for us. I’d expect him here next year, but if he continues to improve and is all conference of some kind next year, I’d be very surprised to see him back for years 3 and 4.

Might even end up being a recruiting tool. "You didn't get any P4 offers, only 1 G5 offer, come here, look how many Olineman get recognized by big time programs here. We will develop you and when the time is right you'll have double digit offers from the top of CFB"Catsrgrood wrote: ↑Tue Dec 12, 2023 1:54 pmCould be right, and I’m assuming some stuff, but I think the most logical thing for some of these freshman to do is to come back for another year and do it again, or do it better than the previous year. As much as I hate it you have to be willing to adapt and use it to your advantage. I'm not sure there is another FCS team that has had as many offensive lineman plucked off the roster to play P4 in the last handful of years. What are we up to 4? Sessions, Redd, now Aigbedion, Reimer.
