It's absolutely crazy how up and down most teams are this year. UND looks like hot garbage today. UNI hasn't been very good this year but is pitching a shutout.

SIU got throttled by YSU then puts up a hell of a fight against SDSU.

Same thing in the BSC every week.

William & Mary blew a 17-0 lead today and lost 34-24. I'm not sure they're even going to make the playoffs at this point.

I have been thinking along those same lines. Weber blasted Northern Iowa and then fell of the map. Northern Arizona when from hero to zero in a week. Incredible year. I think NDSU might end up being the 4th or 5th Missouri Valley team in the playoffs, meaning they will get a first round game and will host some poor sucker from some bottom feeder conference. The team that has to got to Fargo in the first round is going to squeal like a pig.

Idaho State now 3-1 in conference play with today's 38-24 win over Portland State. Hope that didn't screw up anybody's projections too bad! lol

I definitely thought PSU had some juice after they played the Cats. This one is surprise. Barnum said he thinks next year that team will be playoff type team. Gotta get some dudes on defense this offseason.

Barnum can think they'll be a playoff team all he wants, but this schedule is another brutal one. They had better find an FCS team to play late September instead of non counter.

Tough having Weber, Davis, Idaho, Sac, MSU and UM in conference. Talk about ouch.

I have a feeling that recruiting for PSU is going to get harder and harder. I can't imagine there is a big pot of money in the NIL on a team that was almost discontinued a few years ago. I would love for there to be some place that NIL money per school was publicized. PSU needs to bribe people with beer to get them to the games.

Ouch is right. This year with Oregon, Wyoming, and a non counter for the non conference did them zero favors.

Last week UND put up 49 against NDSU. This week they put up the Ol goose egg versus UNI. College football is crazy.

Ya UND laid an egg today. Losing at uni after a big emotional win last week wasn't a huge surprise but losing 27-0 is pretty shocking.

Portland State losing at Idaho State hurts our strength of schedule a bit and helps the griz a bit unfortunately.

In the Toilet Bowl, UNC takes the early 7-0 lead over Cal Poly.

This will only fuel my hatred for all things EWU. I bet a significant amount on them and they play like crap. Not to mention I have to watch a game on this ugly a$$ red turf.

It's funny how many teams are trying to duplicate what the Cats are doing with 2 QBs, and it's not working for the majority of them. Case in point, EWU tonight. No rhythm to the offense with the constant change at QB.

For the overwhelming majority of situations the saying “if you have 2 QBs you have none” rings true. It is exceedingly hard to make it work. Cats are the exception and Sac did for a couple years but most times it’s hot garbage.

South Dakota 3 Indiana State 3 at half. I am not seeing any sign that South Dakota deserves a 16 ranking.
Looking ahead to hosting the Jackrabbits next week? :-k
Probably. Terre Haute looks like one of those places where teams need to bring their own energy. Not much energy on either side.
I was watching that game this afternoon and my first thought was BYOE.

The problem for most teams seems to be the fact they have 2 similar QBs, or 1 who can pass and 1 who can run.
