2) It will save Bobby's job and they can continue to be content with sneaking into the playoffs and getting bounced by the round of 16.

If NDSU loses in Brookings & the Cats go into the Brawl undefeated, Cats should sit the entire 1st string plus Chambers in order to try to help them get into the playoffs.

Hauck clearly cant recruit or develop Big Sky players. Longer he sticks around, the longer MSU wins all the recruiting battles.

I made this comment last year on one of these threads. But I agree, Ash was a great guy. And he assembled historically great teams...he just eventually lost the plot.

Bobby was a good coach.

The level of coping over there on their message board is astounding. One comment, trying to prop themselves up and feel better about a 1 score victory over ISU, was that the ISU QB had Patrick Mahomes-like talent …. You can’t make this stuff up!

Did he (#61) get kicked off the team? If not, Bobby has some serious problems. If you have a player that wants, and intentionally does something to get the QB injured, that is probably the worst culture\cancer on a team I've ever seen.

Bumping this - I'm pretty sure he didn't see the field last game, and my buddy didn't see him on the sidelines.

Yes. I saw him in the Idaho game. He had a dirty play out of bounds. Play was clearly over yet he didn’t stop. The green advertisement board that he ran through should have been a clue.

I have to say the number of questionable hits by UM on the sidelines was remarkable. Either late or unnecessary roughness. Lots of them borderline dirty. Lots of them by different players all game. Was amazed they never got flagged.
