Remember how much crap the Cats caught for winning a close game in Flagstaff last year? When NAU had a P5 caliber QB?

It's mindblowing that chain gang members are always old dudes who can't get out of the way of these giant football players fast enough. Hope that guy is ok

Yeah he got hit into the padding behind the sideline. Looks like head hit the wall as he went down

NAU attacks immediately after a Vidlak strip sack. Double pass…TD NAU. 21-6

So Butler has the best QB that would play in the Big Sky
Ferris St would be ranked in the FCS
Let me guess. NAU is national champion caliber despite being 0-3.

Did I miss anything?

Idaho up 13-10 at the half over Sac in a game featuring two teams who will actually contend for the Big Sky title.

Vidlak throws a pass 10 yards out of bounds but the refs call PI anyway.

On 3rd and 7 btw.

Officials gift gris a 1st down on 3rd and long with a phantom
PI call. gris score 2 plays later and get 2pt conversion. 21–14

There's still another half but NAU is taking it to the griz.

We’ve seen that story too often. What part of “uncatchable” don’t the officials understand. Santa Clause must travel with the crew in stripes to the gris games.

Yep that call was on 3rd and 7 and the griz ended up getting 8 points on that drive. So lucky.

And same official backed that up by not calling PI on NAU’s last drive of the half when Gradney held the receivers arm down the whole way. Very easy PI call. Would’ve put NAU in FG range. So far that official has potentially had an 11 point effect on this game.
