WBB point guard

Who is the point guard for next year? Also I think Hein has been overlooked. I hope she reaches her potential this year.

With the radio silence coming out of Binford and the media reporters, I boldly predict the point guard will be either Berry or Egan or Olson or Phillip or Picton or perhaps even Bunyan for good measure.

Good question. It'll be someone young unless we add a transfer soon.

Players returning from last year's team that can "get points"
Limardo (outside)
Deden (inside)
Janssen (Mid range/outside)
Marah Dykstra (Mid-range/Inside)

So... You have great scoring from all 3 spots on the floor in proven returnees. IN MY OPINION, the Point Guard stop next year needs to focus on getting those shooters the best looks. You don't need them to create their own shot at much. So someone like Philip or Berry can focus on setting up the offense and creating havoc on Defense. Cats will be in good shape in all 3 shooting spots next year. Cats also are deep in the middle/inside, so you can pound it in (like the Men's team did) and force teams to commit to stopping them in the paint. That will open up the outside more than it did last year when it was "stop White from driving"

Just my opinion...
