Yep, I think @bobcats35 might be our eldest statesmen on BN. Kudos on your Internet savvy. Not many in their early 80's have such chops. Certainly my dad - MSC grad in Range Science, '67 - doesn't, and he'll be 80 this November.

And I’m just old enough to have seen @bobcats35 playing. I was nine years old in 1958 and from the age of seven (when the Fieldhouse opened) until I was 13 or 14 Dad took me to a lot of games. Teams came in for two nights and it was really fun when we got to go to both the Friday and Saturday night games.grizzh8r wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2023 11:47 pmYep, I think @bobcats35 might be our eldest statesmen on BN. Attended MSU from 1987-91 and graduated with a BS in '91. Played rugby for the MSU club team, which had seasons in both the fall and the spring, so I didn't attend many Cats football games while in school (those were the Solomonson years anyway), but have season tickets now.

Re: Did you attend MSU?
Attended 89-93. I was a non traditional student. An on the job injury forced my hand and I wanted a degree that would keep me in state so I chose Agronomy Crop Science. I was looking at engineering but the math would have killed me. At GFHS we were only required to take 2 years of math so I got by with just the basics. I should have known better back then but when you're young and dumb.....became a Cats fan in the 70's when they won the chipper in 76 and even more when my sisters and brother went before me then I tagged along. The 84 Cats were a blast, got obnoxiously drunk at Cat gris that year when we came from behind at that high school stadium in Missoula. Lots of memories in the Bozone
1993 Agronomy
