I'll risk starting the season every year with a loss as long as it comes in the playoffs.

Think about it this way, for 17 years cat fans started every year on a losing streak and not one of those losses was a playoff game. Ouch.

I'm not sure, but I know it hasn't been since 1993 at least. They lost 3 out of four in 1997. You might have to go as far back as the 80s.

The streak is in the past. 4 to 3 and 1 out of the last 1. We don't know how to celebrate like the Cats though, we should have tore down the net and put it in a downtown Missoula bar so that we can relive the glory. I guess that'll come if we win 3 of 4
