87 Grad in business finance. Spent a couple of years in TN picking up an MBA. Work in corporate finance for a private company in Portland. Work with several dUMb grads, glad to have finally won a couple of cat/griz bets.

'96 grad in Soc/CJ who has been in sales since getting the sheepskin.

My wife and I moved to PDX in '97. We've lived in Lake Oswego, Beaverton, and recently moved to Tualatin. Since our move to Oregon we've added two daughters.

Another MSU grad and I wakeboard on the Willamette a few times a week in the summer out of Charbonneau. Any interested locals PM me. We're planning on Tuesday and Friday evening this week. The temperature will be near 90.

We are always looking for a third!

:D

My husband and I are both Chem E grads, 97 for him and 98 for me.

I have a sneaking suspicion I may have stolen boxers from you to Sig Chi's on the first page.

We moved back to Montana, barely, 2 years ago. We are in Sidney and I stay at home now with our three boys.

DCC2MSU, we're not far from you at all. Walmart in Williston is an event for us

I'd probably know you then or at least recognize you. I graduated in 1998 too.

I spend a lot of time working in the Sidney/Fairview/Lambert area lately. Does your husband work for an oil company in the area? Sadly, Walmart is a highlight for most in this area but those darn ND blue laws keep it closed before noon on Sundays, and with Vikings games usually at noon I can't leave the house.

No, he works at Sidney Sugars.

So not a Vikings fan  Hard to be when you're a Packers fan!

94 grad in Civil Engineering

The reason for the name....I have a feeling I might be harassed. I coach at a high school whose mascot happens to be the Grizz. The colors are columbia and navy blue. They are the only Grizz bunch I'd cheer for.

Thought I'd introduce myself and send a friendly hello from Idaho.

I am a 88 graduate in Mathematics and am currently an officer in the Army. I am stationed at the Pentagon and was wondering if there are any Bobcat Nation goups out this way?

'96 graduate in broadfield science secondary education. I came to MSU for graduate studies in Wildlife Management; that lasted for about a semester.
I met my wife at the R Bar (she's a '95 grad in Elem. Ed). We now live in Bozeman where she works as a fourth grade teacher and I'm self employed as a mortgage originator.
We have three children ages 9,5,4.
We both gave up potential careers out of state in order to stay in Montana (Bozeman specifically). We are both originally from Montana (third generation at least); my wife from Stanford and me from Glasgow.

Graduated in '82 in Business Management
The wife graduated in '82 in Microbiology
#1 son should graduate sometime around 2013 in whatever he wants.
#2 son should graduate sometime around 2016 in ag.

Gawd I loved my 5 years in Bozeman, was lucky enough to hit at least the end of the "disco" craze at the George. You old timers will know what I mean.

I just was reading through this thread and it is awesome to see what the MSU Grads are doing. I also realized that we have a lot of posters that haven't shared what they are up to so I thought this needed a little bump in interest.

1990 Business/Marketing grad. Played baseball for MSU's Blue & Gold Baseball Club team while in school. Married a 1990 MSU Accounting grad. Did the corporate ladder climbing thing for almost 10 years then dropped everything to become a stay-at-home dad. My two girls are in school now, so I am kicking the career back into gear again. Now in advertising sales, but always looking for the right opportunity (unfortunately I am too old to start at 3rd base for the Yankees and they already have a fairly decent guy at that position  )

Just to update. I am now moving back to Denver to work for an exploration company. I know it is further from Montana, but I will probably get back more often and it is a much better career and personal move.
