I am not a fan of EWU but I have to say that I am impressed with Coach Best. His ability to take over a program and not miss a beat and to switch QB's, who have different styles, and barely miss a beat is impressive. In this article he talks about losing Gubrud to Wazzu and handles that with class, IMO, as well. It's a quick read and a little more insight into Big Sky football.

Why would he be mad about losing Gubrud? Barriere is the starter now, there's no way they could have had a competition for the starting spot.
Best does seem like a good guy though. Hope he does terrible.
