Did anyone read the list of 162? Proof that the Gallatin Valley has been overrun with out-of-state carpetbaggers, with no sense of Montana history or values. What has this 'influx' brought? Inflated property values, therefore inflated property taxes. Anyone get taxed out of their home? Anyone try to rent a place to live recently? Hows the traffic? You wanted them, you got 'em.
