I just checked this site too: http://www.ncaa.com/news/football/artic ... tle-plenty
Nope. The griz aren't in the playoffs this year for whatever reason according to the NCAA site either.

After checking the records, I still can't believe the committee put a 6-5 Illinois State team in the playoff field over the griz! Midwest bias I guess...Cat Grad wrote:I just checked this site too: http://www.ncaa.com/news/football/artic ... tle-plenty

Ouch. Tough draw for Weber. Chat actually looked pretty good last night against Bama.

Great time to be a BOBCAT!

I would post their roster but suffice it to say they usually have excellent defensive linemen--maybe not quite as good as Jacksonville State but they're good. I think it's a good match and I'd like to see an old rivalry school do well. It used to be a lot of fun watching the Cats and Weber games because there was not much love between the two schools when I was a kid. I know this is one of the games we really had our butts kicked this year so I'm watching this game with more than a little interest. I'm hoping for a decent showing in the playoffs this year by the conference participants. Poly ought to win a game and we'll get to see who would have won the conference championship between North Dakota and EWU. So at least the committee fixed for the fans what our conference powers that be can't seem to figure out.
