Man Alpha did exactly what he wanted to do. True or not he got a rise out of half the regulars on here. I'm less disturbed by what the rumor is than by some of the junk Cats fans are posting

Likely that was his intention but would the reaction be any different if a die hard cat fan had broke the news? At least two of you are well aware of what has been going on. Ty will have his way or he will move on. My guess is he will have his way. Simply an opinion.

I would hope so, Ty is the DC.

You have a good point there. And he's better than most MSU has had around in quite some time.

Something's gotta give.

Everyone go BBQ, have a beer and chill. Nothing going on. It's summer. Things don't start getting jacked up until August. AG1? The dude sucks cock by choice. Go away knee bender.

I for one have no problem with this if it's true. The defense has lacked fire, they have lacked passion. now we have coaches that have it, I'm assuming there's gonna be some guys that butt heads. As long as they're fighting for the same thing and the same outcome I think it's all good. Hopefully they are on the same page and it gets worked out. However I will say Gregorak is Choates choice at DC, he's took him away from the dark pink. Ioane was the carryover coach. Just like any job there has to be a pecking order installed at some point

What is the pecking order between an asst. HC and a DC?

On Bobcat Nation, there is a Cat-Fight over whether there is a Cat-Fight. Thanks to Alpha for stirring them up over there!

I overheard a Griz booster he other day and he ran into Stitt at the Missoula Club. I guess he was having a beer and a brownie discussing his future as an FBS coach. After about 5 shots he started to talk about the issues they are going to have at QB. Sounds like he hates his choices. After another 5 shots, he started sobbing about losing Gregoriak to the Cats. He apparently loved the guy. Don't take my word for it, I just heard it in passing...

See how easy it is to come up with complete crap... Classic AG1, no merit to any of it. He is just trying to cause trouble. Ignore him. I have too much going on in my life to go to a rivals website and post such crap.

A known agitator who has been banned from every fan site he's ever visited at least once and we are at three pages? Seriously ag1? A new low even for you. TG was considered by some on egriz to be a candidate for HC, over in the center of the football universe, to hear you guys talk. Not twelve months later he's down the proverbial road, sold out by the same guy who drove over a couple of players with the bus on the way out of North Dakota. You dropped by here to point out old news as if no one here had heard it. Couple of things you should know by now. Boosters like to be heard, by someone, even if it's some over rated self important, post collegiate blowhard that has nothing better to do than to stir the pot on a message board with old news, unsubstantiated facts and innuendo. Congrats, your in the running for asshole of the year.....again.

If you type "assistant football coaches fist fight" into Google you get 372,000 hits. Those are just the ones that the media knows about. Anyone who's been around sports at all knows that assistant football coaches on every team fight, argue, and undermine each other from time to time. It's just human nature in that kind of environment. People, in general, do the same thing whether it's in the work place or at home.

The only time it's worth mentioning is when it happens in public...or when it involves a very popular coach who left his team for the rival and their fans are still upset about it five months later.

Gregorak has been without the question the best DC in the BSC over the past four years. He was also the best LB coach in the BSC over the term of years he was in charge of that position for UM. His record speaks loudly for itself.

Alpha doesn't like Gregorak because Gregorak is what Alpha wants to be. Fiery, in charge, loud, knowledgeable, and most of all well known. Griz fans, especially Alpha, are absolutely scared to death that Gregorak is going to turn MSU's defense around in short order. I don't blame him. I'd probably feel the same way.

Must be exhausting for griz fans to be close to the griz program AND the Cat program. That's a lot of jocks to be sniffing and it has to interfere with your fishing.

I had to swing by the Cat camp yesterday afternoon for work. Gregorak and Ioane were there...standing next to each other...talking like normal adults.

Bullcrap, I refuse to believe any story unless it's a third-hand rumor heard through a self-important booster who constantly feels the need to boast about his inside sources in order to cover up for the fact that he doesn't have any.

Despite perpetuating this 3 page parade of human debris further, I gotta chime in.

I distinctly remember assistant coach Dave Arnold getting into a fist fight with another assistant coach (might've been OL vs. DL) back in 1983 at practice. Everyone at the time took that as a bad sign during a bad season.

What happened in 1984 again???
