Quasty...young trudell here and I'm moving to Billings soon as well. The in-laws have been going to BAC for years and everything I've heard points to good things there. I'm going to get a membership as soon as I get into town. I know you have a love for racquetball after all the times I checked out racquets to you and Ross in the MSU gym. We'll get together and start playing on a regular basis if you're ready. Let me know...

It depends on where you live to me...
If you live in central part of town or west end, 24-Hour is superior in terms of the quantity of equipment and the lack of downtime for machines to get repaired. Their layout is also very open. In terms of being crowded, if you are going to lift somewhere between 4:45-7:45pm, almost any place is going to be crowded!
BAC is fine and is actually close to 24-Hour, but the free and universal weight room is housed in some converted racquetball courts which is kind of "unique". The overall layout is much more confined which I personally don't like and always felt boxed in no matter the area at the BAC.
If you live in the Heights, the Powerhouse Gym is the place to go.
If you live out in the Country Club or want to play tennis, then Yellowstone Racquet Club would be the best bet.
If you work downtown and want to work out at lunch, then the Y might work well.

Yaaa, no question, The PLAZA is the place to lift. It heralds back to the days of old, of lore and legend, where dreams are born and deadlifts die!
No, really, it is the place to lift, it looks like a dungeon, and I tell you what, its all business in there. I miss it very much, there is no place like it. Check it out a least, tell me what you think. If you cant get motivated there, I dont know where you will.
