Nice win for the Grizzlies, but a bad omen for the Cats? It would be nice if we could get a bigtime Division 1 school to come to Brick Breeden again, but I guess this is why such teams are not interested.

We used to get some big teams in for the tournament. I remember those great wins six or seven years ago over Colorado and Mississippi State. It was a snowy, cold night against Miss. St. and they were in shock, especially after losing to the Cats.Just maybe 3 years ago, MSU beat Hampton, who pulled the big upset as a 15 seed in the NCAAs the year before. I'd love to see MSU get a big name team here for the tournament championship game. IMO, I don't see why a Washington State or Oregon State wouldn't want to agree to a home-and-home arrangement.
GO CATS!
