such an interesting year as far as football fanbases in the state go.
cats fans very unhappy and real negative towards our team. many people predicting a horrible isu team to beat the cats. meanwhile, griz fans for the most part are picking the cats to win and win easy!
meanwhile, many griz fans predicting that ewu is going to win in wash-griz going away and some cat fans like myself don't think ewu is very good and I think the griz win!
weird year.

I think being on a quarterback that is playing his 3rd or 4th game at this point (gus or simis) plays against the griz the last 2 games. I feel this system is so stunted by the offensive line and quarterback injuries that we really wont see what type of offense we can have till next year, or even later.
Long story short, EWU this weekend.
This is a great post, very refreshing to see Griz fans that deal in reality. The Griz squeaked by ISU in a miraclt finish and now they're "On a roll"? No, they have glaring issues and frankly they're just not a great team right now, and neither are the Bobcats. I sure hope we beat ISU but I'm not putting any money down on that. I also think that EWU wins tomorrow. They have the mojo goin for them like the griz used to... they always pull out the W. Plus, I really think they have been playing to their competition, and the seem to only get fired up and explode on offense when they play MSU, UM, FBS teams, or in the playoffs.
38 to 24, EWU.
Great time to be a BOBCAT!

I'm not so sure um will lose. EWU has stunk the last few weeks. I want EWU because it just seems fitting that Cat-grizz should be for nothing but bragging rights. I can see it going either way. EWU is playing like us right now. Not a good sign for them, but if they win I'll have renewed hope for us. I'm that desperate.

I think the Griz win this game. It has been rumored that Chris Carter will be giving the motivational pre game speech.

Yup he's sure to have the kind of advise that will help them slip by and come away with a win no matter what.

Per the usual UM is playing their best ball late. They'll be a tough out next week. Hope our OL is healthy.

Wow. Not having seen this game I don't know if EWU was bad or the Griz that good. Either way, impressive win. Now we have to stuff their playoff hopes next week.

I'm surprised they didn't eject the player that sacked the EWU quarterback and caused a fumble. It looked like he put his head down and made first contact with the top of his helmet.

I didn't see that but Holmes should've been tossed for the late helmet to helmet hit in the first. Even the announcers mentioned it.

Well obviously our D hasn't been anything to write home about this year, but they do seem to be playing a bit better, and I guarentee they're playing better than EWU, and lastly, I'll bet any amount of money the Griz don't put up 59 against us Saturday!
Great time to be a BOBCAT!

Meh, not every vicious hit is illegal. This one looks like a damn near perfect form tackle to me. Definitely not leading with the crown of the lid.

You've gotta cut the Cat fans a little slack, though. They haven't seen a real hit in a game in quite a while, so it's not surprising that the first time they see one, they assume the guy should be ejected...

Weak. We've been watching Mac Bignell snack people around all season. He still has the Hit of the Year from clear back in week 1.

LOL - pro tip: if you're going to start your post off with the word "weak," you should really bring something a little stronger than a monster hit on a FORT LEWIS player as your "reveal."
Try again...perhaps you've got a selfie of yourself beating up a third grader that you'd like to share?

Sorry but your smack about Cat fans not seeing a real hit was very weak.
As for Mac's awesome hit, it went viral on social media and was shown on ESPN. If one griz fan wants to downplay it because the opponent was D2, well, I can live with that.
