Feel free to elaborate.
He likes to drink a bit. Not that it's a bad thing, but he even mentioned having beers after practice with other coaches today in the Rome interview, and it wasn't prompted by Rome. Maybe he'll be Sarkisian's OC in a few years?

No surprise, I guess, since cat_bracket purported on page 2 of this thread that he was told personally by Bobby Hauck, Joe Glenn, Mick Dennehy, Mike Kramer, Rob Ash, and Doug Graber that they all wanted to spend their careers in Missoula or Bozeman.
So you thought they'd say what exactly? Please list all the coaches you've heard say, "I can't stand this place and I can't wait to get out of here?" They all say the love the town and the people and the schools (if they have kids). It's called coach speak. You're going to disappointed a lot if you don't learn to translate it.

However, you can already read between the lines with Stitt. He's no dummy. He went to um because he thought it was a school that could hit the ground running and he didn't have to build a program. Translation: I want to move up as fast as I can. As in, at the end of the season to the team with the deepest pockets. What else could it mean? He thinks he's Power 5 or NFL material and he wants to get there ASAP. He's red hot right now and he's taking full advantage of it by getting as much exposure as possible. He isn't going on Jim Rome just get exposure for um. He's like a freshman on the Kentucky basketball team.

Not kicking easy FGs that would have won the game is an innovation! He went for it on 4th down; he's an innovator!
