10/3 FCS games
About the only interesting game in the BSC other than MSU-NAU is UND-PSU. Unless ISU somehow regroups against Poly.
UND is 3-1 and PSU is 3-0. ISU and Poly are both 1-3. No one saw that coming.
Nationally:
Lamar at SE Louisiana
Stony Brook at JMU
UNI at Illinois St
YSU at So. Dakota
SDSU at NDSU

Re: 10/3 FCS games
I'm pretty sure ndsu is at SDSU. I'm looking forward to that one, I was impressed with SDSU's win at Kansas. They look tough.
UNI at ISU will be a good one too.

Re: 10/3 FCS games
I may just be totally biased
But I think the SUU vs Weber State game Friday night is huge, instate/in conference rivalry game that is big for both schools to see just what kind of teams they really are. In my opinion this game also has some playoff implications, now I'm not saying Weber or Suu will make the playoffs but I am saying that I have not yet seen anything from the top dogs of this conference that tells me they are unbeatable. A win vs SUU would give Weber a three game streak going into Missoula, and Montana has looked less than stellar this year. The conference championship is up for grabs, and as of right now I have been the most impressed with MSU.
I guess this is going to be a good week to see who is really who

Re: 10/3 FCS games
WSU lost the turnover battle 0-6. As much as I hate to mention it, this on the surface resembles Cat/griz last season for Weber. Understand, I saw none of the game, so I may be way off. Hopefully they can treat it as the aberration it was and move on with their season.
Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

I'm not quite sure what you see in Weber. They were pretty bad this year, and have looked pretty bad this year. They've got some big problems to solve. I don't really think this is an aberration. Its kinda what they are...grizzh8r wrote:WSU lost the turnover battle 0-6. As much as I hate to mention it, this on the surface resembles Cat/griz last season for Weber. Re: 10/3 FCS games
What I meant was that a 6 turnover game is an aberration, not likely to happen again for many years, and similar to MSU's performance in so last season, when you lose the turnover battle by that much of a margin, the final score of the game is going to look much worse than how it actually played out.onceacat wrote:I'm not quite sure what you see in Weber.
