You mean 1-2 Weber? Probably where we thought they were all along. Not very good.

I would have though Sac would be the better team.

UNI is now up 34-7 over Cal Poly in the 4th qtr.
This game, combined with the win over EWU last week shows that UNI is a very tough team.

34-13 now, with 5:38 remaining. With Poly's run offense, this one is over.

Poly scores a late TD, then fails on the onside kick. UNI taking a knee now.
34-20 UNI.

UNI played very good defense, and they tackled well.

Which means MSU really can't take very much away from this game going into next week.

Did anyone else notice how incredibly fast both of these teams seemed? I don't know what it was, but the plays seemed to develop explosively, and defenders seemed to fly to the ball at ungodly speeds. Maybe it was that the plays weren't played back in slow motion (?).

EDIT: Speaking of the Poly UNI game.

@ Oregon State
@ North Dakota State

Hard to be very good when you play that schedule to open a season.

for the record, Im not saying we are good, cause we're not #-o

Also doesn't hurt that Sac State's quarterback looked terrible. They still need to replace Saffron...
