Way to go Coach Kramer! Great job this season. 6-0 at home for the first time in an long time. Go stock up our team this offseason with some more 'experienced' WR talent and we'll be good to go for next year :)

GO CATS!

Great Job Krames. (Although just last week many of your so-called fans were calling for heads to roll) I don't know about the X's and O's, but I know your the only coach promoting Bobcat athletics in this part of the State, and we appreciate the effort.

Nice job to coach Kramer! There's no question how far this program has come since he arrived on the scene. I have to admit that I was a little surprised by the pick because I figured that Weber St. coach Ron McBride would win for a 5-win improvement over last year. 1-10 to 6-5. But kudos to the Big Human!

GO CATS!

Wow, congrats Kramer. I would have thought the Weber guy (McBride?) would have gotten it for the level of improvement...

Great time to be a BOBCAT!

I don't remember people calling for Kramer's head, but I do recall people wanting to see a change in his assistants. I think those changes are desperately needed otherwise we will NEVER have a record better than 7-4. Let us not forget that this was a VERY underachieving team. Kramer promised the playoffs, and he most certainly did not deliver. He should be held accountable for unfulfilled promises, or does he simply expect us to forget about all the promises that he makes 6 months earlier?

GW. Remember, the press and coaches did not pick us to win the league so finishing in a tie probably warrants the award. EWU had as much talent as us offensively and the Griz had the easier away schedule. This was an accomplishment. Not what we all wanted but good none the less. I believe this award is based on the conference and not necessarily the non conference games.

McBride deserves coach of the year. How a coach can get coach of the year when he wastes so much talent is beyond me. Although I congratulate Kramer on the accolades, McBride deserved this award.

Ok hold on, I'm a little baffled by this.

Preseason the cats were expected to be National Champion contenders, to at least make the playoffs right? But they didn't. Kramer & squad got only one more win than last year, and really have not vastly improved their overall season record in the last 4 years.

EWU was supposed to win the Big Sky, they tied, & yeah they got the autobid, but they lost some games they really should've won, and really didn't play up to expectations. EWU was up and down, they won big games, and lost games they should've won.

UM did what they were expected to do, but the only way Hauck would've stood a chance to get coach of the year would've been an outright title, which he didn't get.

While Weber went from the gutter to a winning season, and beat EWU, the team that got the autobid. I think McBride was more deserving.

Not taking anything away from Kramer & Wulff, congrats to those two, it just doesn't seem right to me.

Like many "whiny Griz fans" complaining about the field you're also helping the steriotype of jackass cat fans.

I said in my post there was no way Bobby would get it unless he had an outright title, which didn't happen. I didn't post to say that it's unfair, or Bobby should've gotten it. In fact I feel that Weber St's head coach deserves it because he turned around a piss-poor program, while Wulff and Kramer just did more of the same things they've done over the last few years.

The Coach of the Year is decided by the Coaches in the BSC- they are the ones who have to prepare for and play each other every weekend. If you don't like the decision go to to them, it didn't come out of the BSC Commission.
