I was really surprised at how slow Hilliard looked the few times he got in the open field. Is he banged up?mquast53000 wrote:How can people think Lex is going to the NFL? He looked awful! CB is terrible too. The Griz representing the BSC... What a shame. ..

Hey boz,
Why don't you go over to egriz and look at my comments following the Cat/Griz game last season?
I'm pretty sure ALL you'll find is congrats to the Griz; no excuses, no smack; just the overall message that the better team won. If I remember correctly, I do remember stating that I was sorry that the Cats had nothing post-season-wise to play for, and that I thought the game may have had a different "intensity" if that had been the case, but that's about it in the excuse department.
My point? Quit with your lame excuses and take losses like men. Oh, and be thankful that your football team doesn't make you take very many of those losses, because too many of you simply can't handle it!

Grizzlies: 2-5 when it matters most
Sorry Gato, I'll accept your kind of B.S. if you were a college kid, but you're not...There's a fine line between child like and childish and you constantly cross it.
Nobody is making excuses but you make it sound like you actually had something to do with the victory...you didn't! In fact, I'll bet you didn't even support the MSU athletic department with the purchase of a ticket...
There are several threads here congratulating the Cats on their win. Try taking a moment to read them and take off your Captain Bitterness mask for another year...

I did read 'em all, boz, and I'm really sorry you're taking the loss so badly.
I'm just sick of some of the less-than-classy griz fans always having to drum up excuses when you get beat, ESPECIALLY when your team is COMPLETELY DOMINATED as they were yesterday.
The Griz wouldn't have won yesterday regardless of Lex's condition; that's the point. And besides, in rereading my response to looza's excuse-making, I'm sorry you found it so offensive. I thought it was pretty tame.
Anyway, hopefully you'll get over the loss soon, boz.
