Eating Crow - Congrats Cats

Post by BWahlberg » Sat Nov 19, 2005 4:34 pm

Hey I'll admit it, I talked plenty of smack on the board this weekend, so here's the breakdown.

1. I said no way would Groves run for 120+ I was wrong, he's a great runner, and the cat Oline pushed really well all day

2. I said the Griz D would hit Lulay a lot, rattle him and blitz him, they didn't, he picked them apart when he needed to.

3. I said Lex would go big, the Cats contained him

I think El_Gato mentioned that one day the Griz ST & D contributions would dry up and the Griz would be screwed after that, that day was today. The cats dominated the Griz in every way, offense, defense, playcalling, coaching, preparation.

Congrats cats, and with the amount of losses in the top 16 today, you might have an outside chance!

Congrats, you guys outplayed and outcoached us today. Good job, and its really a shame the best conference in the country won't get three in.

Thanks ReMax!
Today was our day and we were not to be denied.
Good luck to the Griz in the post season.

Lots of top 25 upsets, cats might be playing football in Hampton or N.H., you never know.

The other thing I was going to post was that there is even no way the Griz could blame the field for this loss, it was crap, yes, but the Griz didn't even seem to show up today.

While I'm wallowing in defeat here I thought I'd also point this out. If you guys want a good laugh, jump over to egriz and read the fall-out over there, damn. You'd think the Griz just went 0-11.

Crow? Pass me a wing.

Although I didn't post any predictions, I've been told (by my Cat fiance') that I've been deserving of eating some crow. Anyways, hats off to your Cats, and good luck.

I'm definitely sending Lulay a graduation card..I'm so glad he's moving on.

Very classy posts Griz fans (ReMax, you could be even classier if you capitalize "Cats", as is proper). Good luck to the Eagles and (particularly) the Grizzlies in the playoffs -- please do the Big Sky and (more importantly) the State of Montana proud in the playoffs.

Yeah today wasn't really a 10 point win for the cats, should've been more like a 45 point win, total cat domination.

I don't know about 45 but we should've scored at least 14 more.

Thanks Griz fans. You seemed to be very classy in defeat and the playoffs will be better. It was an enjoyable experience for all, and we got the goalpost!

GO CATS!
It's always a good day to be a Bobcat fan! :) =D^ \:D/

Let me add my congratulations to the Bobcats for today's win. Kramer was CLASSY as hell after the game, his first comments were to commend BH and the Griz...That impressed me greatly.

To all my Cat friends, enjoy the win...your team was very good today and got the successful finish they deserved... :D

Give me a wing also

You were A LOT better then the griz today- NO EXCUSES

I do find it a shame that the cats wont be playing next week. They deserve it. However the commitee is very hard on 4 L teams. Too bad.

Any Griz fan that complains about the field needs to jump off the band wagon. WE DONT NEED YOU!!!!!

Congrates again

Total domination...in every facet of the game.

Congrats, Bobcats! You earned, and deserve this win!

Have to add my congrats, too. The place for excuses  is on our own boards, so I'll just add to this space that you guys really got us and deserve to whack us for all the smack we spewed over the last months. Line up and take your turn.
