Help a Cat Fan: Looking for Witnesses from Cat-Griz 2014

Post by JMPI » Thu Jan 08, 2015 4:21 pm

Were you at the 2014 Cat-Griz game?
A private investigator trying to help two Cat fans is seeking anyone who may have seen what happened between two younger Cat fans (1 male/1 female) and the ticket-taker and security guard. This occurred at the start of the second half inside the stadium near the South entrance (between gate and bleachers). The male and female in their 20s were trying to re-enter the game and were stopped/hassled by the ticket-taker. Did you see this interaction, or see the woman pushed into the bleachers, or the arrest of the man and woman shortly afterward?
These young Cats are now facing charges in Missoula and would appreciate any witnesses who may shed light on what happened. A group of people helped the woman up and saw what happened, and we hope someone will remember this and get in touch.
If you witnessed this event, or know someone who does, please contact Private Investigator Jessie McQuillan at jessie@fullertoninvestigations.com or (406) 721-2577, ext. 2.
Thank You!

If any Cat fans witnessed another Cat fan being mistreated by a Wa-Griz staffer there'd already be an eight-page thread about the lack of class shown by the staffer. :D

Don't post this on here looking for help. Not the place. This is just one side of the story; people usually get arrested for a reason....it's called breaking the law.

Lame- If you didn't see it, you have no reason to post. He is looking for info on the incident that led to the arrest.

Not me- I just get sick of people wanting to be the internet police. Seemed like a reasonable request in a reasonable manner looking for information in a place many people who went to Cat/griz might see it.

Unfortunately that is what you are going to get on an anonymous message board. I was at cat/griz, but I was in no condition to be any kind of witness. I doubt many people were.

Kinda ironic that you say you're sick of the internet police when you tell another poster to essentially shut up since he doesn't have a right to comment on a post.

Now where did I leave my tinfoil hat?

I think its fine to post looking for information. But no, I don't think it belongs on the football board.

Mousegriz over on egriz said he heard the story second hand from someone who witnessed it and said the ticket taker was an a-hole about it and started it. Sounds like the story may have some validity. If it happened the way they said it did, then there should be no charges and the ticket taker should get the ticket for starting it and in the least, be fired.
