I'm definitely not endorsing the 3 options that were given, but I would assume that homeowners in Bozeman would be among the prime beneficiaries of this sort of infusion of money into Bozeman.
Right, what I meant was anyone who has bought a home in Bozeman since the growth explosion understands just how much of a seller's market it already is. Jack that up even more? Works for me. Everyone going forward may as well just accept their living in Blowgrade however.
Well I still own property there that's worth less than what I paid for it, so I'm hoping there is still a bit more upside in the market.

I'm guessing a condo bought right before the crash, or something similar. Give it a couple years :)

Keep it through the Olympics. You'll make a killing. During Master's week in Augusta, Georgia many people get 15k.

Yea, keep it and rent it out for the Olympics every year. It will surely pay for itself in no time.
