Well I still own property there that's worth less than what I paid for it, so I'm hoping there is still a bit more upside in the market.

I'm guessing a condo bought right before the crash, or something similar. Give it a couple years

Keep it through the Olympics. You'll make a killing. During Master's week in Augusta, Georgia many people get 15k.
