Although there is no known cure for this malady, several experimental procedures have been performed in an attempt to provide the patient with some semblance of intelligence.

In this particular case, it appears that the never-before-tried neutering procedure was a failure. Instead of gaining the ability to think and function normally in society, poor old crapbac has been reduced to a large, overweight woman who resembles Rosie O'Donnell.
