I'm surprised y'all are so surprised you lost. This isn't a question of the Cat's being bad, its a statement that EWU is good. Regardless of their losses, they are the real deal. Overall talent, I think they are the best team in the BSC. Don't feel Bad. Save that for next week. :P

It's over; I'm out. I'm going to enjoy a nice dinner out on the town & consider the future of our football team. I'm now prepared to agree with some that there ARE changes required on the coaching/recruiting end of our program.

How we let our defense become this lacking of size and depth on the line and playmaking ability/tackling at LB & secondary is beyond me...

How could an offense with so many POTENTIAL weapons be so anemic against a banged-up, mediocre Eagle defense? Why can we not EVER develop a big, mean, NASTY offensive line that can dominate games & wear down defenses?

How can our kicking game & special teams be SO BAD week in & week out?

Why do we burn so many stupid timeouts & incur so many delay of game penalties?

I'm sick of this crap; I'm pissed off; I'm frustrated, but most of all, I'm tired of getting our hopes up only to watch us continue to piss down our legs in the big games.

Bye guys. More tomorrow.... (maybe)
ANSWER IS EASY- We hired the wrong man from Eastern. Kramer is 2-4 against his old assistant. Remember Kramers teams? In all honesty, the question is why does everyone in the conference(especially the Griz) improve every week and the Cats at the end always look like it is the first game of the year. Answer: Coaching. Simple. 12 men on the field; 2 delays of game; ad nauseam; week in and week out. We get outcoached every week! Watch out for Weber next year - best staff in the league. In the meantime we need less BS and more humility and then maybe we will play well. I do believe that we will beat the Griz but both will stay home. Too bad. Three years that we lose at least one game we should never lose. Well, almost never. But then we are very predictable so even so-so teams play with confidence.

We can't seem to get more than 6 or 7 wins in a year. But I hope they finish with less than 5 losses for the first time in Kramer's tenure. But as I said in another thread, let's wait until after next week's game before we start calling for heads. Frustration can lead to a lot of angry things, and believe me, I'm frustrated as hell with this team and their inconsistencies. But I know I couldn't do better than those players on the field. The Cats need our support next week and we have a chance to put a dent in Grizzly playoff hopes. So let's give 'em hell!

GO CATS!

Win or Lose next the Griz will have at least one post season game.

The GRIZ, a quarter century of total football dominance over the cats.

I've long been a reader of this board, but now, I can't hold my tongue any longer. What a pathetic performance today in Cheney. We need some change, instead of this bullsh!t every year getting the Cats' fans hopes up and then failing (miserably) in the big game.

As a season ticket holder, I am extremely disappointed. Could someone please tell me the Cats' road record the last few years? And what hasn't changed the last few years? Players...yes, coaches...NO! Look at the talent we have, look at the record, hold on while I vomit. If anyone thinks the players are to blame, think again. Who's in charge of this team full of talent? You'd think someone with that big of a head could figure it out a little better than that.

I'm tired of the sh!t we read and hear every year about how good our Cats are going to be and then see this. Not once in our "comeback" years have we been convincing...no outright BSC titles, no playoff wins. Lets get some staff in here who can lead us to a winning program instead of some idiot with stupid one-liners that make us laugh. Its not going to get any better either. Lulay is the best bobcat we've ever seen, but obviously he wasn't enough.

In Kramer's defense, he has made some improvements...tough to improve from an 0-11 season though...

Congrats to the Griz and their excellent program.

I was screaming this at the game. Lulay had all the time in world to throw, but he kept throwing short. short short!!!!!! Time after time.

We tried to throw one deep pass in the 2nd and Lulay throw it flat and was picked off by a linebacker. He was so wide open it had TD written all over. Was Lulay hurt?

We were down 21 with time running out and we kept passing middle screens or dumping the ball off. I was so P#$% at the offense play selection.

This picture is from a hit that Travis took in the first series. In no way am I making excuses for how our offense played yesterday. But, it is possible that Travis got a little banged up on this and it effected his game.

I'm not willing to post anymore as I'm still a little too heart broken to discuss it yet.
