I'll take it.
Sorta true but I am worried about the defense's conditioning. The start of this half is critical IMO.

lulay looks like he is going to play second half on fire - not that bad stats wise 8-16 with 2 of the incs being drops that should have been caught

groves is going to have 100 yards this game...looks good

seems like our d is overpersuing meyer...making him look like lulay

HB's "what the..." moment of the game

r.cole runs for 5 yards...cue the tv announcers

"short gain for cole"

see yall in a few...

With Groves averaging nearly 5 yards per carry, why are we not just running the ball? It will make them change their pass coverage and maybe open up the passing game. It's really not that complicated.

I'll ease off Bailey for now; but Groves SHOULD HAVE MORE CARRIES.

However, Lulay looked TERRIBLE as well. Maybe the worst half of the season & he had time.

Yes, we are still in the game but we cannot play this poorly on O again & expect to win.

Well said, let's see what the second 1/2 brings. It can't get much worse.

HB, I wouldn't say we're overpursuing; our outside guys are doing a nice job keeping him between the hashes but Meyer is doing an EXCELLENT job finding seams straight ahead; I'm not sure what you do precisely to stop that short of keeping a LB at/near the line of scrimmage and pray he makes an open field tackle....

Any bets on the first play call of the second 1/2? I am voting for another timeout

Seriously, I think we have to get Ricky into the game - not much so far. Let him make a play.

Time for Lulay to prove he is the heart & soul of this team; EWU's D is really not that good...

1st & 10 @ the 20....

Groves for nearly 6; NICE CALL BAILEY!

Wow, EG DID have 12 carries in the first half; I'm surprised

gain of 2, 3rd & 3 coming up; GET LULAY ON THE MOVE!

...

Miller for the first; kind of a little play action to Groves first, brought up the LB's and held the safeties; good play

Big first down. We did not want to punt. Keep moving offense.

Groves out of the backfield, catch for 5 yards; GREAT move to make 1st guy miss

Lulay on the QB draw comes up 1 yard short

Groves for the first down; flash & power exhibited by EG. I love it!

Groves is a stud in the making. He will be fun to watch over the next few seasons. Good start boys. Keep it rolling.

Another drop. Why do we struggle so much with just catching the ball?

UNFU##KINGBELIEVABLE.

PARKER HIT RIGHT IN THE F'N HANDS FOR A 20 YARD GAIN & HE DROPS IT.

Terribly set up WR screen; NO ONE in red uni's was fooled.

3rd and long

...

Lulay throws a HORRIBLE pass to Groves out of the backfield. WHAT IS THAT BS CALL? NO WAY DOES HE GET 10 ON THAT PLAY.

Okay Defense - we need a stop here. We don't want to go down 2 scores.

Well, about the only positive thus far is that our run D is handling them.
