Yeah, when you have to fully rely on a score from the special teams and/or defense when the offense sputters, that's cause to worry. If they were playing any other team in the BSC yesterday (on the road, mind you), would that have been enough?
On gameday, when every facit of a team's play isn't quite up to par, a great team will find a way to win - thats GRIZ football! Image

What just thinkin' about the Griz does to most Cats! GO GRIZ!

Not that you answered the question or anything.

They are a great team there's no denying that but you did evade the question. No point in continuing this......

Just tell me who they are, and I'll give 'em a good talking to!

NAU was actually "IN" the game yesterday for far more of it than they were vs the Cats.
I'm not trying to be unnecessarily argumentative here, but doesn't the fact that NAU tied their game with the Cats late in the 4th quarter kind of implicitly mean that they were never really "out" of the game? I realize they were behind by a wider margin earlier than against the Griz, but you can't really say they were ever not "in" the game...

It seems like each every single team comes to play. Weber is better than anyone could have imagined, Portland St. is tough, Idaho St. can be good, even NAU & Sac have shown heart and given some team fits.
i think most of us do agree with you anaconda. in fact, i had a post just last week that said that it doesn't matter who we beat, who we lose to, how much we win by, how much we lose by, how much the griz win by, or how much the griz lose by, there are a few select idiots that insist on always posting negative crap about the cats. i think i speak for many cat fans, and even griz fans when i say that a wins a win, and none are easy in this conference. it is the toughest 1-aa in the country. you will notice that there was no talk about what a great win this was for us until that jackass mazoola came spitting his crap like always. like i said before, every WIN counts, which is why there is a 2-way tie atop the toughest conference in the nation....the CATS and the griz!

23 - 0 at their house

29 - 22 at your house, and when did the Cats score the final TD?

When did the griz score an offensive TD yesterday?

Anyone?
Sure is comforting to know that when one facit of our game is having a bit of a walk-a-bout the other two are quite capable of taking care of business! Image

You sound more and more like Margret from Dennis the Menace, you know who she is? The one that's always, So spitefull and full of her self, The True tattletale, the one that thinks she so much better than all the other kids on the block?

You fit her to a tee!
Spiteful and full of myself. Sorry azzwipe, I'm not a griz fan. Last time I checked, I'm fully aware of my roots and they certainly have never entailed me thinking I'm better than anyone.

You, on the other hand, give all of us a field day with your mundane, ignorant attempts at humor and smack. You're like an internet punching bag when it comes to throwing smack back your way.

Since I asked a question that entailed how many times the griz offense scored yesterday (and DID NOT get an answer), I get a brilliant retort how I'm better than people and full of myself a la some Dennis the Menace character. Interesting attempt at trying to rip on me. I don't need to compare you to anyone. You're an original idiot who doesn't require a blueprint or a protege.

Now be gone troll!
