So it's getting close to that time again. Looking back I made a poor, poor decision drafting Pujols last year. I think my pitching staff was pretty good but nothing overcome my offensive evaluation ineptitude when it comes to drafting in baseball. I don't know if my team will ever compete in the playoffs again until we do another re-draft. I've got good young players but no real star power.

Sometimes I'm jealous of teams who aren't overly burdened with talented players. Haha...just kidding.

But seriously, if you're interested in trading a pick for one of my players (no Miggy or HanRam), I'd certainly consider.

I'll trade for Pedroia. Not sure how to trade picks yet but he's a second rounder. I'll give up a pitcher as well.

If I trade my 2nd pick and I have, say, 3 keepers would I not have a pick until round 5 since were doing 4 keepers total?

I don't think the first four picks are tradeable since they are reserved for keepers so you're trades would start with round 5 if im guessing correctly

Yeah I think that's the case.

Draft day is set for Sunday. Get on before Friday 5pm to set the time. This will allow for trading/strategery through the weekend

Draft will be on sunday, time pending the poll results closing before 5 on friday.
I believe trading will open once the draft is set and I can run it until 1 hr before the draft.
I'll see about setting a keeper deadline if its not already done

I think you have to set the keeper deadline. So the 1 hour before the draft may be the best thing. Especially for those of us who want to trade.

I do have to set it. I left it as it was set since we're hurrying through the offseason. I can't remember if trades need approved so if they are fair I will push them through

You'll have to approve them (or make sure it's set to go through you rather than a league vote) to get them passed in time before the draft.
