I believe the rule is that once you start your first full-time semester a clock also starts, you can do whatever you want for five years until that clock runs out. This would allow Dissly to play football his fifth year, which would also help the bball team because then he could get his fifth year payed for by football, and free up that year of scholarship from what basketball would have paid. Sounds like a win/win deal to me.

In ten years, I wouldn't be suprised to see a whole bunch of former Bball players playing in the NFL.
