As I was shaking my head after the game in shock and awe on saturday night, I mentioned to some friends that if almost 500 yards of personal offense doesn't get you national offensive player of the week what does?

Way to go Travis :!: :!: :D :D

All I know is I was in Washington all weekend and couldn't watch the game but I had friends calling me with updates and almost in shocked disbelief at what Travis was doing in the game. I do think one guy almost was crying with pride in Travis. AMAZING...can't wait to watch a tape of the game.

As a side note, I did watch EWU on TV this weekend and tell you what...the offense is all it's cracked up to be...defense is suspect but they rally to the ball well. We get healthy and we take them in Cheney

Lulay did just about everything except kick that final field goal. He was vintage Lulay: just flat out amazing and he found a way to win again. It's just great to have a top-notch quarterback.

GO CATS!

Not to downplay his efforts, but Lulay was an offensive I-AA All Star this week. Sportsnetworks POW went to Miles Austin, Monmouth.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

I'll be the first to admit Lulay had a hell of a game... all trash talking aside (Griz fan), the man wins games. I think any sane Griz fan would take him as their QB in a heart beat.

I agree I wouldn't trade him for any other qb. What can you say when he has set four career records at MSU that I know of. Is in the top 10 BSC career records for passing yards and total offense yards. Is also in the top 30 IAA records for passing yards and total offense yards.

Bobcat fans enjoy the rest of the season. We won't see this again for a while.
