Once we enclose the endzone, lets move all of the tailgaters in at the start of the game, and after the half. Less time for all to get overly intoxicated, and more fans in the seats....two birds with one stone?
To me this seems like a reasonable compromise before something bad happens and we lose the tailgate experience all together.
