Bobby-Ball, 2005 at Washington-Grizzly Stadium

Post by Wolfman » Sat Sep 17, 2005 5:56 pm

Bobby Hauck unveiled his dynamo offensive machine at Washington-Grizzly to the amusement of 23,000 fans, who were treated to many deep handoffs, and an equal number of 3-yard passes to fullifill their thirst for exciting offense for even the most avid follower.

The offense, filled with the unexpected, provided so many breath-taking moments in the stands that extra ambulances had to be called in from Kalispell to handle the many who fainted from the sheer excitement of that nerve-racking 7-point victory.

The excitement of another big win by the home team was marred only by the fact that the field PA announcer had to stop using his microphone, due to the enormously loud ZZZZZZZZZZ sound emminating from the stands. While early indications were that a huge swarm of killer bees had invaded Washington-Griz, it later was revealed that the sound came from the fans, who were overcome by a mysterious sleeping sickness. Authorities are investigating the cause of that situation.

Fortunately, the situation was addressed by a popular local vendor, when Nani's Shave Ice started passing out free No-Doze tablets with every large shave ice at halftime.

Ticket sales for the Griz's homecoming game are up dramatically following the win today, as fans wait with great anticipation for the next exciting edition of....... Bobby-ball, 2005.

Phenicie calls the plays Wolf, I'm not sticking up for Hauck, but it just a fact. Hauck barely knows what they are doing on O, he's a D guy.

BTW, did you hear his post game interview. He said we almost had the "perfect" game. A perfect game being 2 - 0, all D game, with the only points being a safety.

Nope. I lived there for 7 years. Got the chance to transfer home and jumped all over it. I miss Vegas at times. But overall, I am glad to be back in MT.

I am originally from the big city of Belgrade Montana. Proud Panther.

Wolfman are you new to the Vegas area or from there?

A win is a win, Wolfie. Remember Joe Glenn's first game? 10-9 final score in a loss.

You are like the mother in law at a wedding, who sits at the reception trashed and just talks ****** about the groom the entire time no matter what he does.

VegasCat, I have lived in Vegas for only 5 years. I moved from Irvine, CA. I'm a real estate developer, and I had to go to the hottest real estate market in the country. This town is being ruined by people like me, however! :)

It is way too crowded, and not much of a family town.

As for Bobby Hauck. The Peter Principle is happening right before Griz fans very eyes. This guy was never qualified to be head coach at UM, and stumbled through two seasons underperforming with absolutely the best talent in all of IAA. Yeah, I know he went to the NC game last year. But, with the talent they had (7 seniors who signed with NFL or CFL teams), and the luxury of playing all playoff games at home, the coach at Sentinel High School could have taken them to the NC game, where Bobby was promptly out-coached once again by an inferior JMU team. All too clear in our memories are the home loss to Div.II NDSU, equivalent to Miami losing to James Madison, and the debacles against Sam Houston in Texas and PSU last season. Then there was the 2003 Cat game, in which Kramer clearly was the difference in making Bobby mutter to himself for 3 months.

We need to get rid of nepotism in the Grizzly athletic program. Big Timber West ain't gonna cut it in big-time college football. Hauck has got one foot into the grave already. His dreams of becoming a IA coach are wet ones now.
