There has been such a clamor by NDSU fans for tickets this weekend that they gave the seats that were being reserved for their band to boosters looking to make the trip. That being said, the band is still going to be there... on the sidelines

. The NDSU band is a full scholarship organization and numbers 160+. I'm not sure how I feel about them standing on the visitor sideline, blasting their fight song at our players all game. Seems like a snafu by our ADept. The game is sold out even tho the temporary bleachers are being brought in. Krames thinks it will be the largest crowd ever for a non Cat/Griz home game... including the '84 playoffs.
Should be a hell of a time in Bozeman this Saturday!

If the bad gets too loud, we might have to run a sweep and have Bolton leading at FB around the corner. might be a few busted up trombones on the sideline

I can't wait. I think it is fair to say this will have the feel of a playoff game which is strange considering how early in the season it is. If we don't win you can really kiss the postseason goodbye as I don't see anyone (except possible EWU) running the table in coference play.
So far the weather forecast is not looking any better than it was two weeks ago for the SFA game. That sucks.

Our group is leaving on Friday morning in a rented van. We plan on golfing on the way out to Bozeman. Looking for a great game on Saturday as I think the Bobcats will be strong at home. See yea at the game!!

I just called the ticket office, and there are a few single tickets available, but if you want 2 or 3 the only spots left are in the endzone.

If tickets remain, It's not a sell out.

Ummmm, just another obviouservation:
There isn't room for 160 band members on the sidelines.
Montana State IS what "they" think Montana is.

I am sure the NDSU band will have seats. They are leaving Friday night and will get to Bozeman on Sat. at about 9am. After an overnight trip I would highly doubt that they don't have seats.

I thought the same thing. But Kramer has brought it up twice now, so it'll be interesting to see how it works out. Maybe cram them into the corner of the field where the visitors enter from? I dunno.

What ever you do don't, make room by, taking down the wrestling mats with the ads on them since that's money in the pocket baby, money in the pocket.

Should be around 13,500 or so.

The NDSU media guide lists the Fargodome capacity at 18,700, but you'll find different numbers, anywhere from 18,275-18,900.

Some other Bison fans can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the football capacity is about 18,700. I think we've had over 19,000 for some UND games though....standing room only.
Not sure what the record attendance is.
Go Bison!!
