key to this weekends game
my thought as to the biggest key this weekend is the mental part. cats haven't beaten cp for awhile and this seems to be weighing on kramer more than i would have thought.

I don't think the Cats will have any problems getting up for this game. We will be ready to roll when we hit the field this week. This is a nemesis on Kramer's coaching record for a long time and we are going to take them down this year. I think the 3-4 also will make it easier to defend against the option play that Cal Poly will run as well as there should be an extra defender out in space. Look for Fuller and Force to come up and unload on some players this week. WE BEAT THIS TEAM THIS WEEEK. If we can hang with OK STATE for 4 quarters we can no doubt go in and beat Cal Poly on their home field.hokeyfine wrote:my thought as to the biggest key this weekend is the mental part. cats haven't beaten cp for awhile and this seems to be weighing on kramer more than i would have thought.

I concur; Cardiac.
I truly feel now (sorry it took me a couple weeks longer, FLC) that this team IS something special and IS different from years past. It's hard to describe but I'm definitely picking up a different vibe from this crew.
I believe we are and SHOULD BE the favorite this Saturday. Does that mean we'll win? Of course not, but in my mind it means we SHOULD win. After the first 2 weeks, I truly believe that if we play our best game, CP can't beat us, even down in Cali.
Again I have to stress how lucky we are to have a couple of leaders like Travis & Mac. These are 2 kids I KNOW are not going to look past anybody & will keep their teammates focused on the NEXT game and the next game only.

1 less D Lineman to have his knees rolled up on, too - which is nice.CARDIAC_CATS wrote:I don't think the Cats will have any problems getting up for this game. Montana State IS what "they" think Montana is.
