I was taking a multivitamin for awhile, and I started getting headaches and feeling nauseous every once in awhile. Took me a little bit to figure out it was the multivitamins that were doing it to me. Just a word of caution I guess, you can have too much of something apparently.Pritchard wrote:I take a generic multi-vitamin that seems to help.
