This isn't really a Seinfeld moment, but it's related. I've checked a few secretary of states' business filings and there's always a Vandelay Industries registered. I have to believe there's a Vandelay Industries in all 50 states.
UM is the university equivalent of Axe Body Spray and essential oils.
