How bad are our states columnists?

Today's Billings Gazette:

Hacrac states that Bolten will handle place kicking, Force will return punts and Rossevelt will return kicks. WRONG, 0 for 3. Who is this guy.

Today's Chronicle:

Dumas has Bass and Murray coming from JC's. Good research Tim!

The comical is back to its old self. One story today about the cats. Season opener and 1 story. Sad! :( I though the comical was getting better and wanted to support the Cats. I guess I will have to check out the GF paper. At least they support the Cats.

Is the local paper better?

I'm hoping you only get the Chronicle online ... we had a two-page GameDay section in addition to the preview story.

We're working on upgrading the Chronicle's web site so you can get all the stuff -- photos, lineups, stats, etc. -- that we're unable to post now. For instance, if you only read us online, you would never know we have a photographer in Stillwater and will have a full page-plus of photos.

Jeff

I only have access to the online addition. From the sounds of it, the local paper has a lot more information. Where were you a few years ago when I lived in Bozeman. I hope the online addition gets improved too.

Thanks

I haven't seen the paper edition - that sounds like good coverage to me! I've said it before and I'll say it again, keep up the good work at the Chronicle, you guys are leaps and bounds ahead of previous sports editors.

Thanks ... we're definitely still a work in progress. You'll all be interested to know that we've hired Andrew Hinkelman from the Kalispell Daily Interlake. He starts in two weeks ... we're almost up to full staff.

Enjoy the game ...

Well good luck with AH; you'll need to DE-GRIZ him.
